Special Quilt, Special Dog

This quilt was made as a wedding gift for my oldest son in 2001. I made it with the mother of the bride. Unfortunately, the marriage was short-lived, and I ended up with the quilt. I really didn't know what to do with it -- eventually I decided that the quilt would be used to wrap Brandy up with love when she passed on, and that time came at the beginning of December. She was 16 years old, the first dog I ever had, and a special part of our family.
